This is a general sentiment that keeps getting repeated around here lately. The past 6 weeks have been filled with birthdays in my family - well actually, the past 2 months. Here's the run down.
Sept 7 - my aunt's birthday
Sept 11 - my stepdad's birthday
Sept 25 - L's birthday
Oct 2 - Mom's & Dad's birthday
Oct 13 - my grandparent's anniversary - which isn't a birthday, but it's still a happy day.
Oct 26 - H's birthday
Oct 29 - my stepmom's birthday
Oct 31 - my & Kristin's birthday
It's crazy, I tell ya!!
And H thinks that every day is his birthday now.
On Friday, Oct 26th we all stayed home and we had a little family party during the day. We bought H a Little People garage. He loves it.

My mom came up for the weekend that evening and we had party #1. He got lots of new toys and some new clothes from Grandma.
He particularly loved his new truck, though one of my favorite moments was when he opened the jeans and t-shirts that grandma gave him and he promptly said - "no jeans" and moved onto the packages in hopes of finding toys.
it was a fun weekend. The pictures really don't do it justice.
The following monday, he had a party at school, with cupcakes and singing happy birthday. There couldn't be anything cuter than eight two year olds singing happy birthday.
Wednesday was my birthday, but H thought it was his again!!!
And then yesterday was the party with the other grandparents - my dad and his wife, and L's parents. It was a lot of fun, but I do think H is a bit confused about this birthday thing.
He made out like a bandit, though, as any 2-year old should.
