a month's update in photos

Well - it's tough keeping up with a very active 16 month old.
So - here are some photos to keep you busy and to summarize my last month.

It's been a good month. Started an anouk this weekend for an upcoming baby shower. I forgot how quick baby knits are. Almost finished with the front.

christmas buzz

It's getting busy around here - trying to get ready for Christmas.

In fact, Christmas came a bit early. We went down to visit my family a few weeks ago and had a great time celebrating. So good, in fact, that I forgot to take a lot of pictures.  The only ones we did get were at my Grandma's.  H loved his gift from my aunt and uncle.

I have managed to get some knitting in.  I'm working on some socks with some yummy yarn I bought recently. 

It's from colinette. I don't remember the name of the yarn but the colorway is Mardi Gras! It's so fun. I'm using the basic pattern that came on the band.  And I love the way it's knitting up.

Well, off to run some errands. and try to get some work done.
